- Request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Exchange for a different size or colour, or for store credit.
Not eligible
- Sale items, unless faulty.
- Custom-length or altered pieces.
Faulty or wrong item
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, message us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace it at no cost.
